Wow! I was so impressed with my first visit to Dentistry by the Bay in Midland! I had switched to this new dentist as I’d been frustrated with my previous dental office where my June appointment had been cancelled and then rescheduled to September and later was cancelled and would have to now be booked in January! A friend had highly recommended Dentistry by the Bay and mentioned that they were taking new patients so I called and was able to get a hygienist appointment right away. The covid protocols were all in place and I felt quite comfortable. The friendly and welcoming receptionist was delightful to chat with before my appointment. The hygienist was also very friendly, quite thorough and perhaps, most importantly, gentle. I had initial X-rays and couldn’t believe how fast, painless and easy it was! Wow! In the past I’d always found dental X-rays uncomfortable and time consuming but this was certainly not the case at Dentistry by the Bay. I was amazed at the high degree of details noted and recorded about my teeth, afterwards including various measures and observations I’d never even heard of before. My scaling and dental inspection was followed with a polish. I was given some better brushing and flossing strategies to use as I have been known to “overbrush” or to be “be too rough/rushed” with dental flossing. My greatest surprise was that when I went to pay for it, I was told that my first visit, cleaning, polishing, X-rays were complimentary as they had extended this special offer for new patients! I was then given a little “gift bag” with toothpaste, floss, & mouthwash. As you can likely figure by now, I would highly recommend Dentistry by the Bay for so many reasons. I was so impressed that I came back to bring them a free “variety” pack of my Sunnyside Su’s Healthy Treats which are gluten and dairy free since both the receptionist and hygienist appreciate gluten-free choices! It was the least I could do to thank them for a such a sensat

I was there for a cleaning with Courtney She was very professional as well as the rest of the staff I have been going to Dentistry By the Bay for about 20 years now so I would highly recommend them to all and I have recommended them to those looking for a good Dentist.

EFFICIENT STAFF I have already been to this dental office two times plus one for dental hygiene and I am very happy with Dentistry By The Bay. The staff is very attentive and precise in managing their clients as well as being very kind. Doctor Goulbourne, who took care of me, was very professional, eloquent and very willing to give explanations and information regarding my dental situation. I will definitely return to them.

For not liking the dentist this group sure makes it a great experience. Very friendly and really take passion with what they do!! Through COVID they take precautions.
