Very happy with the work done on my implant. Can't notice the difference at all. Happy to smile again

I came to Dentistry by the Bay almost 14 years ago and I have never before felt so comfortable and less anxious about being at the dentist in my whole life. I have always been very nervous about dentists from early childhood and Dr. Gouldbourne and his staff have been the best ever in helping me and have always done what is best for me. I recently moved to Midland and have been looking for a dentist in my area. I went to Dentistry by the Bay and I was very impressed by how helpful and caring everyone is there. Dr. Goldbourne is very kind and caring and he took the time to explain and show me what he was going to do and what to expect. Although going to the dentist may not always be a pleasant experience, Dr. Goldbourne made me feel very safe and in good hands. My family and I will all be going to Dentistry by the Bay for all our dental care.

The office staff are always so pleasant and helpful. Great communication! The hygienists are professional, excellent with children, communicate well and put you at ease. They are respectful, efficient and kind. Dr. G is a fantastic dentist. He communicates well with both the parents and the children and pays attention to his patient's comfort level. He has an excellent "chair side" manner. The new dentist seems a little less communicative. She doesn't have the same rapport with children and doesn't take any extra time to put her patients at ease. I am sure this will come as she gets to know them more and once we aren't all behind a million layers of PPE.

I was surprised to go in for a filling, then to have the tooth treated with some fluid treatment then charged $66,00 and discharged. Was it the problems with my last filling - headaches which rarely happens, or the fact that tooth is near my denture? Diane O'Hara

I find this practice to be highly professional, but without using the friendly touch. It is a happy practice. Communication, pre, during and post appointments is always good. The respective practitioners are knowledgeable, informative and professional. Best practice I've visited.
