I called early Friday morning with an emergency; I had cracked my tooth, and a chunk of it actually fell out. Although I see another dentist regularly, they weren’t able to get me in, so I called Dentistry by the Bay and they fit me in within a couple of hours. The staff were very kind and made me feel very comfortable. The dentist Dr. Jazz was amazing. He explained everything to me and so did Shannon his dental assistant. They were very professional, patient and made me feel safe. (I am terrified of the dentist ) Dr. Jazz provided me with a plan of action that was acceptable to me. Not only are we moving forward with the repair, but I am switching DENTISTS.

Thank you to the whole staff at dentistry by the bay. My family is new to them and they have been nothing short of excellent in all aspects of our visits. From the front of the office to the hygienists, to the doctors. The only draw back is the sign for the office if buried in the snow so it’s a bit difficult to find the place if you do not know where it is. Other than that, amazing.

Staff at dentistry by the bay are excellent. I have a very hard time being in dentist chair but staff are very understanding and patient with me allowing me time to gather my wits and continue. Process very painless.

Phoned Tuesday and got in Wednesday. Dr Goulbourne and staff very thorough. Recommended mouthwash and referring me to a specialist that deals with this issue. Very happy with visit.

I was very pleased with the procedure re my first appointment for a crown. Dr. Goulbourne explained everything as he was doing the procedure and his assistant was very attentive as well. She even got me a pillow for my neck as it is a longer appointment for a crown.
