I have always felt very comfortable on my trips to my dentist. Dr Golborne is very professional. He explains with patience about the work he's about to do. The staff are also very welcoming and friendly. Karen, my hygienist is very good at what she does and offers many useful tips on good dental habits.

My visit was pleasant and comfortable the Dentist asked and explained everything to me before he did anything. I usually have great anxiety going to the dentist but since I have been coming to Dentistry By The Bay my anxiety and fear is not as bad. I just want to say all of the staff at the office are caring and kind to those they see everyday.

Every time I have a service done, whether it be a scaling, cleaning or even a filling I always learn something new in regards to preventative dental hygiene practices I should be preforming in between checkups. The staff are wonderful, helpful and professional. I will definitely continue with this office. To all the team, thank you for your services. As an aside, while paying cash for services, inadvertently two bills stuck together and as a result an overpayment was made. The office tracked down the error and called to confirm the overpayment. Thank you very much.

Dr. Goulbourne was wonderful with my 2.5 year old daughter! She asked to go back to the dentist the next day - thank you for the positive experience!
