The staff is friendly , Dr. Goulbourne is a master of his craft, he was able to remove a wisdom tooth with creating the least possible damage to my mouth. I highly recommend using dentistry by the bay.

My son and I recently moved to Midland and had our first appointment yesterday for xrays and cleaning. We were both totally impressed by the courteous, professional, and knowledgeable staff. Courtney was amazing! She was so friendly and thorough with every aspect of the dental visit and summarized her findings clearly at the conclusion of the visit. All the staff were knowledgeable and friendly and made our first visit a very enjoyable one.

I don’t ever relish going to the Dentist but being able to walk into Dr. Golbourne’s office and meeting up with his friendly and warm staff makes my time there a lot easier. Professional, kind and meticulous about dental care is their mandate. I always feel safe and in good hands whenever I am looked after by anyone of the staff.

We switched to Dentistry by the Bay when I became dissatisfied with my previous dentist. I have been very happy with the service but decided to write a review after my most recent experience. My daughter had a trauma to the mouth and needed immediate care. They saw her right away. She is afraid of the dentist and was terrified she was going to lose her tooth. Good news so far- time will tell, but they put her at ease and were patient and gentle. Thank you to Dr.Goulbourne and team.

My dental hygenist Karen was very attentive and efficient as well as gentle in doing my check up and cleaning. The staff at Dentistry by the Bay was very welcoming and attentive to any of my needs or requests. I highly recommend this dental office.
