My child had a dental checkup recently and the dentist was able to explain clearly what is going on with my child’s teeth. The hygienist did an exceptional job keeping her calm and comfortable during her cleaning and voiced my concerns to the dentist. Appointment went well and a referral was made to a Peds dentist for further work. Thanks again great team who cares not only about our oral health but about our emotional and mental health.

I left a review last week because they fit me in on short notice and made me feel comfortable with the treatment plan. I am writing again because my procedure went very well. Dental work generally terrifies me, but Taylor and Dr. Jazz not only made me comfortable, but I didn't feel a thing. The prognosis is very good, and he was able to save my tooth! I called early Friday morning with an emergency; I had cracked my tooth, and a chunk of it actually fell out. Although I see another dentist regularly, they weren’t able to get me in, so I called Dentistry by the Bay and they fit me in within a couple of hours. The staff were very kind and made me feel very comfortable. The dentist Dr. Jazz was amazing. He explained everything to me and so did Shannon his dental assistant. They were very professional, patient and made me feel safe. (I am terrified of the dentist ) Dr. Jazz provided me with a plan of action that was acceptable to me. Not only are we moving forward with the repair, but I am switching DENTISTS.

Thank you to the whole staff at dentistry by the bay. My family is new to them and they have been nothing short of excellent in all aspects of our visits. From the front of the office to the hygienists, to the doctors. The only draw back is the sign for the office if buried in the snow so it’s a bit difficult to find the place if you do not know where it is. Other than that, amazing.
