It's nice to walk into what very much feels like a gathering of people that enjoy each other's company. Shannon brought me to the room and chatted me up. She was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. She knew what work was going to be done and answered questions to my satisfaction. Dr. Jaz introduced himself and reiterated the procedure again, in concurrence to what Shannon had said. I was nervous (hate needles in my mouth!). One tooth did not require freezing so none was used but they both made it very clear to me that should I feel any discomfort it was important to let them know. Suffice to say everything went very well. I was told by Dr. Jaz that it was very important to let them know if I felt any pain or had issues with the work to call and they would take care of it. All in all I will, with absolute confidence, rate the whole office a 10+/10.
